Our terms and conditions and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order.

Minimum SpendFor all new stockists, there is a minimum first spend of £400. Thereafter all stockist can order how they please.
ShippingOnce your order has been submitted, please allow up to 1 working day for dispatch. Any orders received in before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. During busier times, please allow an additional day for dispatch.
We offer free delivery to all of the U.K on orders over £250. This does not include Northern Ireland. The postage for Northern Ireland is as follows:
Orders under £250 postage is £12 net. Orders between £250-£400 is £10 net. Orders over £500 is £8 net.
Returns and Exchange PolicyWe do not offer a refund policy, only on occasion if the item has a defect or is damaged. We allow 7 days from purchase date for the goods to be returned back to us for any exchanges or refunds. For any returns of damaged goods once the item has reached us, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business working days or apply a credit note to your account up on request.
PricingWe have a strict mark-up policy of 2.0 for all UK stockists. Any stockists selling Sevva products lower that the recommended retail price will risk having their account suspended. We expect all retailers to follow the RRP so not to put other shops at a disadvantage.
